9. Riding Gate & East View
Constant requests from the Clerk for updates on both of these issues with no response from SSDC whatsoever. I suggest that Councillor Bastable becomes fully involved with both situations now and brings them to a long awaited conclusion.
10. Defibrillator
Report from Cllr Garrett.
Chairman’s apologies to Cllr Garret for the time the telephone box is taking to get ready.
Multiple layers of paint are unable to remove unless we use an expensive professional service. No other volunteers only Tanya and Marilyn. We are all doing our best.
11. Planning
Chairman drafting a letter to the Leader of SSDC re the problems we have with the Planning Department.
12. National Salary Award 20/21
Clerk’s salary increase is 29 pence per hour.
13. Grit Bins
