Public Forum:

Although there was no Public Forum I would like to say for those of you that have not heard that Councillor Jane McKenna has resigned from being a Councillor due to other commitments. We thank Jane for all the work she has done in the past.

5. Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 12 March 2020 

It was resolved to approve and sign the minutes as a true record

6. Financial Matters

a. Statement of Account and bank reconciliation

b. Bank Balances 31 March 2020. 

A resolution is sought to accept the financial statement as at 31 March 2020. Stoke Trister & Bayford PC Current A/c £6541.28; Stoke Trister & Bayford PC Reserve A/c £8353.17; Leigh Common Savings A/c £5104.87.

7. Planning Matters

No comments on Planning.

8. Highways

It was unanimously agreed to purchase the Gateway Signs for Bayford and Riding Gate.

Cllr Summerfield reported that due to the Covid 19 outbreak and the subsequent closure of council depots we have been unable to purchase the Gateway Signs at present.

9. Footpaths

Cllr Grant reported a padlocked gateway near Old School House. Clerk has reported this to the Highways department. Cllr Webb-Bowen has kindly taken over Footpaths.

10. Riding Gate and East View

No further information

11. Defibrillator

Cllr: Garrett has kindly taken over the Defibrillator

12. Donations

The donation for the hall was agreed unanimously.

13. Audit

The internal audit is with the accountant

14. Re-adoption of Rules

It was a unanimously agreed to re-adopt the rules. Papers to be signed.

15. Clerks Spinal Column

It was unanimously agreed to increase the Clerk’s Spinal Colum to the new 9.
